I have now ordered 2 of this brand. This one and another flavour. Both arrive defective and can not be used so disappointed. Canna did provide credit on the first order so I could replace it. Sadly second one arrived with exact same issue. Will take a charge. But will not work . I’m shocked I’ve had such poor luck 2 x
